Complaints Procedure

This complaints procedure applies to credit, subscriptions and downloadable applications sold by Ing. arch. Martin Baloga, Company ID (IČO) 41879171 (the "seller").

1. When to complain

You can make a complaint if the credit, subscription or application is not in conformity with the contract – e.g. the credit was not added, usage was deducted incorrectly, or the application cannot be downloaded or does not work as described.

2. How to complain

Send your complaint by e-mail to matobaloga@gmail.com. Please state:

  • the order or invoice number,
  • what you are complaining about and how the defect shows (e.g. a screenshot, the time and the application),
  • what solution you propose.

We will confirm receipt of the complaint by e-mail.

3. Time limits and handling

We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days after it was made. If the complaint is justified, we will remedy the defect (e.g. add credit, correct the usage, make a fixed version of the application available). If this is not possible, you are entitled to a reasonable discount or to withdraw from the contract and get your money back.

We will send you a record of how the complaint was handled by e-mail.

4. Warranty

The seller is liable for defects in digital content and services under the Civil Code. A consumer may exercise rights arising from liability for defects within the statutory period.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you can ask us for redress at matobaloga@gmail.com. If we do not reply within 30 days or reply negatively, you can submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution, e.g. to the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk). Supervisory authority: Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Inspectorate for the Prešov Region, Obrancov mieru 4675/6, 080 01 Prešov.
