Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data

Consent to receiving news is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time in your account (Billing details) or by e-mail.
3. Content you send to AI models
Texts, files and other content that you send to AI models in our applications pass through our gateway to the provider of the selected model (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI), which is a third party. We do not store the content of requests; we store only usage data. AI providers process the content in accordance with their API terms; do not send them personal data that you do not need for the task.
4. To whom we disclose data
- the web hosting provider and the provider of the server running the AI gateway,
- the payment gateways Stripe and GoPay (they process the payment; you enter card details directly with them),
- AI model providers (content of requests as described in section 3),
- the e-mail service provider,
- our accountant and public authorities where required by law.
Some providers (e.g. AI providers) are based in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to matobaloga@gmail.com; we will handle it within one month.
If you believe that we process your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
6. Cookies
The portal uses only strictly necessary cookies – for signing in and for protecting forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not need your consent.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, nor do we profile you.
